On August 25, 2023, Bezabehe Anduro, his biological father, arrived at his home late.
Just before midnight, his daughter gave their dad his food and washed his hands, as they always did, before they retired to their bedroom.
At this point, their father started forcing the two sisters to drink alcoholic beverages that came in single-use water bottles.
He committed his horrible act around three in the morning, right as the siblings who had been forced to consume the booze were about to pass out. He forced them and sexually raped them one by one.
When the prosecutor learned of this, the person was taken into custody by the police, and an inquiry was launched.
The prosecutor concludes the inquiry and forwards the case to the after locating the doctor’s and person’s proof to support the facts.
When the prosecutor finds the patient’s and physician’s evidence to support the allegations, the investigation is concluded, and the matter is sent to the district court.
The accused was also found guilty of rape by the District Court of Arba Moyong because he neglected to provide a counterargument.
This led to the difficult-to-hear about or even consider crime being committed, and the accused receiving a 21-year sentence
