Andualem Arage, a well-liked politician in EZEMA, leaves the party.

He asserted that no one had responded to my request to make EZEMA global.

One of the founding members of the Ethiopian Citizens for Social Justice Party, popularly known as EZEMA, has declared his intention to leave the group.

Before and after the party’s formation, Mr. Andualem Ezeman took part in it.

Mr. Andualem told the gathering that he did not see the Izema rift becoming repaired.

He expressed his displeasure in writing about his inability to get a positive response to the questions he has been addressing within the party.

According to Mr. Andualem, I asked for a change in the alignment and image of our party. So without further ado, I think it’s time to get things organised.

Will Ezeman succeed in his mission to become a visionary and legendary figure? He asserted in his letter that I did not think it was desirable to remain with Ezema because my repeated analysis of the situation had produced no useful conclusions.

There is no longer any justification for me to remain under the EZEMA roof in such a circumstance. He posted something on social media.

A coalition of seven minor opposition parties, Ethiopian Citizens for Social Justice was formed in May 2019 and Andualem Aragie served as its vice head. Prior to this, he worked for the Ethiopian-based Unity for Democracy and Justice Party (UDJP) as vice president and press secretary. On September 14, 2011, he was taken into custody together with reporters, opposition party members, and renowned journalist Eskinder Nega. He later received a life sentence after being convicted guilty of terrorism. His incarceration has been characterised by human rights advocates as a crackdown on dissent.
