The Stay Easy Plus Hotel is almost ready to start doing business.
After two months , the Stay Easy Plus Hotel, which has been under construction for the past eight years, will be fully operational.
The hotel, which also comprises the ground level, was constructed for more than 1.5 billion birr and has eight floors.
Six halls may accommodate banquets, weddings, exhibits of fine and performing arts, and other events for 15 to 1,500 guests, in addition to the five-star hotel’s 103 total rooms, which include two suites, nine twins, six deluxe, and six family rooms.
Three bars and a restaurant are located in the hotel.Thanks to it, more than 250 locals now have jobs.
This hotel is located ten minutes’ drive from Piazza’s central business sector in a quiet, open neighbourhood.
In addition to being a stnndard hotel close by for travellers coming from Entoto Park and Botanic Garden, as well as for athletes practising in Entoto and Sululta, they have windows in their rooms that provide a panoramic view of the entire city of Addis Abeba in all four directions.
The hotel is 2,250 square metres in size overall, 1,700 of which are dedicated to construction.
A significant contribution to serving the neighbourhood will be made by the hotel pastry’s daily capacity to produce 30,000 loaves of bread.
The hotel employs a 5 litre per second water pump and a subterranean water system with a storage capacity of 160,000 cubic litres.
For guests who bring electric vehicles, it has a charging station, and the soon-to-be-finished expansion project will include a sports gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, cultural café, and concert hall.
The hotel pastry can bake 30,000 breads per day which will have huge significance to serve the surrounding community.
Since the beginning of construction, the hotel has served meals to the elderly and others in need during holidays as part of its social responsibility.
The hotel’s groundwater supplies free water to the surrounding neighbourhood for a full day.
