The third Tecno Ethiopia Photo Exhibition has officially opened at the Children and Youth Theatre Complex in Addis Ababa for a ten day public viewing. Organized in close collaboration with the Addis Ababa Tourism Commission and Board Cellphone, the grand opening event simultaneously serves as the official promotional launch platform for the global technology company’s new Camon 50 smartphone series.
A core highlight of the opening ceremony was the official signing of a strategic partnership agreement between Tecno Ethiopia and the Addis Ababa Tourism Commission. The exhibition features a curated collection of 100 very distinct photographs captured entirely using the new Camon 50 Pro smartphone. These images vividly depict Ethiopia’s diverse natural landscapes, rich historical heritages, and the varied daily lives of its citizens. Alongside the photography gallery, creative art installations representing the depicted regions and various live cultural performances are being actively presented today.
The grand opening program was very well attended by senior government officials, digital influencers, prominent celebrities, and professional photographers. Organizers firmly anticipate that the interactive event will welcome over ten thousand visitors during its brief run, aiming to encourage citizens to cultivate a habit of exploring their country while utilizing modern digital tools to document these unique local travel experiences.
