Six of today’s graduates, who were held at the Sapphire Addis Hotel, received their training from Tadash Industries Pvt. Ltd., while fifteen trainees indicated that the organisation had paid for their training.
Engineer Desalgne Kebede, the institute’s owner and general manager, explained that the real estate training centre was established in 2013 as a sister institution forAbukalmsis Building Company Pvt to provide a variety of real estate-related training programmes.
The training centre has offered twenty rounds of teaching in daytime, evening, and weekend sessions since its foundation. Additionally, it has provided real estate investing and marketing training to a range of recently licenced developers and investors.
In twenty rounds of regular and specialist training, he said, the institute had trained over six hundred people, and working relationships had been formed between the students and a variety of real estate developers and marketing agents both during and after the training.
He continued by saying that since the organization’s founding, more than 600 young people have been equipped with crucial sales and marketing skills, marking a noteworthy accomplishment.
He underlined that this achievement highlights the academy’s commitment to developing talent and offering priceless skills for success in the cutthroat real estate industry.
Graduates of the programme developed their ability to devise original marketing strategies that met the objectives of the company, enhanced their negotiation skills, and obtained a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.
According to him the sales and marketing training program offered by the institutions was designed to equip aspiring professionals with the knowledge, tools, and techniques necessary to excel in the dynamic field of real estate. The curriculum covered various aspects of sales strategies, effective marketing techniques, client relationship management, and leveraging modern technologies for business growth.
He claims that the institutions’ sales and marketing training programme was created to give ambitious professionals the skills, resources, and information needed to succeed in the fast-paced real estate industry. The course addressed a wide range of topics, including client relationship management, current technology utilisation for business expansion, efficient marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
“Our goal has always been to give people the knowledge and abilities they need to be successful in the real estate industry. I’m really excited by the positive remarks and achievements of our participants,” he remarked.
“The importance of homeowners exclusively contacting registered agents for assistance in order to prevent fraud or incorrect information during real estate purchases. Our training programme also contributes to addressing this issue.”
“Despite handling hundreds of billions of Birr and growing rapidly, the majority of professionals in Ethiopia’s real estate, construction, and infrastructure industries have learned on the job and lack formal education in these fields. Unlike other global marketplaces, Ethiopia does not have a formal degree course. With our knowledge of the real estate sector, we cannot protect the industry from fraud and incompetent management,” he said.
